Hi

Just seeing if there are any people interested in doing a day run to Mamette ths week end? I dont mind which day just have to plan so it would be good to know which day suits anyone else. The trip is pretty short, if I leave here @ 6:00 or so I would get there at about 9:30 then a good day on the lake and start home about 4:00 or 5:00 a which puts us back in town at about 7:00 or 8:00. The lakes are frozen with about 22 inches of ice and depending on what you want, ice or snow, there are two lakes to choose from. Mamette, which is just bare ice, good for Ice skates and possibly sharp ski's and Tunkwa lake which when we where last there had 3 or 4 inches of snow on it. Mamette is the better lake for wind though. It's a good place to get some flying time before NABX ;) .

If there is anyone interested let me know.

Gerald?
Ken?
Tanya?
Richard?

I have an important party to attend at 6:30 Sat. So Mamete is out for me. Was hoping for Whistler ? The car is getting a funny noise. I think Bob will get it checked this week. He may not want me to use it for a road trip until it is fixed so I may need to car pool.
